Hi, I’m Edel Keane, and if you’ve ever felt like life has pulled you in every direction, I get it.
Years ago, I was a stressed-out working woman on Wall Street, constantly racing the clock and trying to keep up with everything. Then I became a stay-at-home mom , a beautiful, but completely different kind of busy, worrying about my kids wellbeing, while often feeling like I’d lost touch with who I was. Later came a divorce and the deep heartache, loss and uncertainty that follows major life change.
Each season brought its own highs and lows… and at times, I felt overwhelmed, ungrounded, and unsure of what came next.
But through it all, yoga and meditation became my lifeline.
These tools helped me breathe again. They helped me rediscover my strength. And most importantly, they helped me find peace in the midst of transition, not by changing the world around me, but by changing the way I showed up for it.
That is why I created The Jarosa Circle, to share the timeless tools that carried me through some of life’s most challenging moments.
