TIME COMMITMENT
We understand that life can be busy, so this program offers flexibility. You can complete the training within 20 weeks, progressing alongside your classmates, or take up to 12 months to finish, depending on your personal schedule. We recommend dedicating 8-10 hours per week to your studies, homework, and live calls.

Devarshi Steven Hartman, E-RYT 500, is the dean of the Pranotthan Yoga Guild, faculty member of Nosara Yoga Institute’s Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Curriculum, and former dean of The Kripalu School of Yoga. He has been a student and teacher of yoga and yoga philosophy since 1974, was a longtime Kripalu Ashram resident, and has dedicated his life to the study and practice of the art and science of yoga.
Devarshi is author of the best selling audio series The Essence of the Bhagavad Gita and the DVD Vigorous Kripalu Yoga. Founder of LifeQuest Intensive, Co-Founder of Acharya Intensive, and teacher of A Course in Miracles, Devarshi has lead transformational programs for over 35 years. He maintains a private practice in yoga therapy, life coaching, transformational breathwork, and bodywork in Maui, Hawaii.

Our training offers the best of both worlds. As a group, we’ll move through a structured schedule, covering material week-by-week to keep you on track. However, life happens! If you fall behind, you’ll still have up to 12 months to complete all the requirements, as long as you attend the required number of Live Calls. This isn’t your typical self-paced, disconnected course. It’s highly interactive, designed to build community and give you direct access to me, Edel. I’m dedicated to your success every step of the way!
As a bonus, you’ll also have access to daily online LIVE yoga classes (Mon-Friday) with me, along with full access to my yoga class library—a membership typically priced at $74/month, but included for the full 5 months of the training and one extra month (a total value of $444).

After completing my studies with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and CPA certification, I spent 10 years in finance before taking a leap of faith to focus on raising my children as a stay-at-home mom. That time at home was transformative, igniting my passion for yoga and personal growth.
With over 1,000 hours of training in various yoga disciplines like Hatha, Kundalini, Vinyasa, and Yoga Nidra, I found a calling in teaching yoga. I opened a yoga studio and, when the world shifted during COVID, adapted by teaching my classes online.
